Return Policy – ZZBNT Machinery

1. General Principle: Sales Finality

All machinery sold by Zhengzhou Bainte Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. (ZZBNT Machinery) is specialized, custom-built, and manufactured to order.
For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If a product issue arises, the primary remedy is our 1-Year Limited Warranty, which covers repairs, replacement parts, and technical support. Warranty solutions always take precedence over return requests.


2. When a Return May Be Considered

A return may only be reviewed under exceptional circumstances, and only when:

a) The machinery exhibits a proven material manufacturing defect, and
b) The defect cannot be resolved through repairs, replacement components, or technical assistance covered by the Warranty Policy.


3. Exclusions – Items Not Eligible for Return

The following situations are not eligible for return or refund:

Shipping Damage

Damage caused during international transit is covered by shipping insurance (purchased according to the agreed Incoterm). Claims must be filed directly with the carrier, as specified in the Shipping Policy.

Customer Error or Misuse

Returns are not accepted for:

incorrect machine selection

buyer’s remorse

damage from improper installation

unauthorized modifications

misuse or operational negligence

Minor or Repairable Defects

Any issue that can be solved by replacing a part or performing a repair under warranty is excluded.

Normal Wear and Tear

Non-material issues and expected wear of mechanical components are not grounds for a return.


4. Mandatory Return Authorization (RMA) Process

No machinery may be returned without an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by ZZBNT Machinery.

Notification Window

Customers must notify ZZBNT in writing within 30 days of receiving the shipment if they believe a defect exists that cannot be resolved through warranty service.

Required Documentation

The Customer must provide:

clear photos & videos

technician reports

detailed written explanation

proof the issue is a true manufacturing defect

RMA Review and Issuance

If ZZBNT verifies that a potential return may be warranted, an RMA number and return instructions will be issued.

Any machinery returned without a valid RMA will be refused and returned at the Customer’s expense.


5. Return Conditions and Fees

If a return is authorized:

Machine Condition

The machine must be returned:

in its original condition, and

in original or equivalent export-grade packaging suitable for international transport.

Customer Responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for:

all return shipping costs

freight insurance

customs duties, taxes, tariffs

all inbound clearance fees into China

Restocking & Inspection Fees

Authorized returns may be subject to:

restocking fee (up to 25% of machine price)

inspection fee to verify the defect


6. Refund Process

A refund will be issued only after:

The machine is received by ZZBNT Machinery,

Inspected thoroughly, and

The defect is officially confirmed as a material manufacturing flaw.

Refunds:

are processed to the original payment method

exclude restocking, inspection, return freight, duties, and original shipping cost

will never exceed the original purchase amount
